International Soundings

Curious if anyone knows of a website with archived soundings for other countries. Specifically I'm curious about soundings from Russia, even profiles derived from satellite measurements, if they exist. Any help to light the way would be appreciated... I'm curious about mixing ratios / moisture at ~10 km over a specific location, the archive only needs go back a year two.

The University of Wyoming has soundings from across the globe: http://weather.uwyo.edu/upperair/sounding.html

Just adjust the Region pull-down menu (Europe or Arctic for Russia...) and go to the Type of plot pull-down and select GIF: Skew-T.
