Intentionally offensive hurricane names

Interestingly some folks over on Halfbakery have suggested using pointed hurricane names:

"With a name like "Charlie," you'd think last week's hurricane was a playful little puppy or a kindly uncle. This seems inappropriate for so nasty a phenomenon."

At some level, the idea is interesting.

I think we should start using Klingon or Viking names as well as notorious villians throughout history. If a name is repeated, just add II, III, IV after it. Hmmmmm how about some superhero arch villian names?
