Hurricanes allowed in Target Area

Now that we're coming into hurricane season, we are allowing North Atlantic tropical storms and hurricanes in Target Area. For more information see B (5) in the rules:

I think its a great idea to add different things to the TARGET forum on a seasonal basis. Maybe in the winter, we can even add winter storms (just covered by FCST threads I guess)... It would be a great way for people to converse on the latest storms and help subside the SDS somewhat. Still quite a few months away though

Actually, I'm just as interested in major winter storms/synoptic scale events as I am tornadoes...
