I know it's probably been posted before, but I haven't seen it. So I suppose a lot of others haven't as well. Some really great footage that I've never seen and some that's been played to death.

This episode of Nova is on youtube:

It's 53 min.

I watched it on hulu too the other day. Kinda seems to repeat the same old same old. They are running out of ideas. I did forget about the twister in 03 (i think) in Virginia (or maryland?).

I ordered the DvD for this back in 2006. It is probably alot older than that. At the time the show was made footage may have been mostly new.

I like watching shows like that, but I'm getting VERY tired of super and mega being added to disaster types. Mega tsunmai (when the volcano off Africa collapses causing a massive tsunami to wipe out the east coast), super volcano (when Yellowstone blows up wiping out the US), and "super twister" (when an EF4 or EF5 goes through Dallas). GET OFF THE DRAMATIC NAMES for crying out loud.

SUPER MEGA REPLY!!!!!

but it got your attention didn't it? That's why they do it, to get the attention of the general public. How many red blooded males would turn off the football/baseball/basketball game to watch something on PBS unless it was titled as such.

I'm sure a great percentage of America has it programmed out of their favorites on satellite or cable.

As for the program, I liked when I saw it on TV years ago and I still like it now.
