Home page fails to fully load

Hopefully our new overlords (jk) are aware of the issue with the home page not fully loading currently. Other features of the site appear to be working correctly.

And the email notifications are back! Yay!

I've been having a problem logging in. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, specifically logging out after logging in.
