Heat Wave Breaks over NW Tulsa 08-25-2023

A few stationary showers and thundershowers popped up over the Tulsa area this afternoon, and dropped temperatures 10-12 F into the low 90's. This shower formed over Turley and barely moved until it dissipated, making it the "best shade tree" we could ever have asked-for.

Grateful for the weekend front knocking temps back. I will be in Pryor Creek over the Labor Day weekend for Rocklahoma. Hope the heat dome stays away. Looks good for the first part anyway. Glad y'all got any sort of relief.
