Dutchsinse. Been thoroughly debunked numerous times. He's a complete fraud. HAARP doesn't even operate on the same frequency that Doppler radar runs on.

He finds radar anomalies around NWS radar sites, claims it's HAARP, and forecasts severe weather based on it when it's already been forecast by real meteorologists.

The bigger tragedy is the stunning amount of people who follow him and actually believe his bull !
