GRlevel 3 problem

For some reason only tilt 1 on base reflectivity is showing up for me at any radar site. When I click on 2-4 there is simply nothing there. Any ideas? Also, on a different note I lost all my place files when I upgraded to windows 7. Anyone have a good link that has lots of free place files? I tried the archives here to no avail and I can't remember how I found the other ones (spotter network, fronts, and watches, and meso scale discussion are the main ones I want). Thanks!!

The SN feeds are on the SN sidebar after you log in (Alternate Feeds > Gibson Ridge). If you use AllisonHouse for your data feed, the Fronts, Watch Boxes, MDs, and more are under Customer > Software Integrations > Gibson Ridge.

rdale, the help/about does not give any technical help, just a very basic overview of the program. I'll try the users forum, for some reason I thought it was not active anymore but I must be thinking of another site.

BB - Help/About tells you what version you're on. If it's less than v1.79, then you need the update.

Ouch - v1.6 is almost two years old now! 19 updates since then might have had something to do with it

Wow, I just downloaded the program last year I believe so I don't know what happened ha ha. I just downloaded the update and the problem was fixed thankfully. I like the updated version better ha ha.
