Get updates before severe weather outbreaks

Between April and July I tend to check models, watch SPC and Twitter on such regular basis that I often know when there is a potential for severe weather. Living in Sweden, however, I forget about it at times and especially during the slow season only to hear about tornado outbreaks afterwards. I want to study them and armchair chase them as they happen.

So, I was wondering if there is an app, or the likes of it, with which you can get alerts a day or two in advance before a likely severe weather outbreak. For example, if SPC announces a 5-10% or Enhanced risk (for tornadoes) I would like to know, without checking every day.

Is there a service like that?

You can set it to alert you if the SWODY2 mentions "MODERATE" (or whatever combo you want- DY1 with high, DY3 with any, etc.)

They haven’t updated the app in 2 years it looks like? Is that the case? Still working well?

Actually a big update is in testing right now - just got it last week. The v2 upgrade will be free so don’t hold off
