Free level 3 radar program

Can someone tell me what the name of the free weather software is that has level 3 radar data? Does it still exist? Thanks.

For what OS? The only free one I know of would be WeatherScope, that's for Windows and Mac. You need to get all the data sources though for it. There are a lot of cheap ones for mobile OS's too, but those have all been covered elsewhere. You generally get what you pay for...

If all you want is data from the last week or so, WeatherScope includes all the xml files you need to view level 3 data from any site for free. All you need to do is install the software, and it takes no time at all.
