Footage of tornado in Southern Brazil

Nice footage....Should be rotating clockwise correct? Since it is in the southern hemisphere. I could not make out the rotation in the video.
 
Looks like a rural area, how many severe events or tornados might this area see on average? Still nice to see how far we have come in posting world wide.
 
There is no reliable climatological record for tornadoes in this area, but a tornado struck the urban area of the same city last March.

SBFL - 12Z Saturday

Our meteorologist Luiz Fernando Nachtigall bloggued hours before the event about the sounding of Florianopolis poiting to severe weather in the eastern side of Santa Catarina.

Maybe the SBFL 12Z sounding is too early (if the tornado occurred during the mid or late afternoon), but we can check its hodograph for any hint of a favorable environment in terms of wind shear.
Keep the nice coverage.
 
It was more unstable at 12Z than at 00Z, according to the soundings available. I am sure this the most ever documented tornado ever here.
