Finding a Quality Freezing Rain Setup??

I am looking to add some "ice covered" (not snow) photos to my portfolio. I'm aware of the Intellicast "Snowcast" maps that look out 4 days or so for potential snow ground cover. But I was wondering if there was a website that might nationally forecast an icing (freezing rain) setup?

While I live in N Texas, and I realize a freezing rain setup will perhaps occur here this season. I'm also aware of the saying "a watched pot never boils". I have the means to travel and run in snow/ice situations but i just need a good source for a heads up announcement a few days in advance.

I never watch TWC but perhaps I should and perhaps what I'm looking for may be there if I just knew when to watch for that sort of forecasting announcement.

Any suggestions? Thanks
