FCC to regulate cellphone amplifiers?

I thought this was already done and that Wilson was the reason why because of interference but it seems their actually pushing for it. Article might be biased? Wilson is freaking out as they can make their product work in the old rules let alone the new proposed rules . Don't worry there are amplifiers that do meet the carriers and FCC new specs.
