Compilations/montages of anything intended for public display - whether monetized or not - do not fall under fair use. Fair use is limited to making archival copies for your own private use, or for non monetized educational use in a classroom/lecture setting. That's it. Taking anything that belongs to anyone else and putting it on Youtube without their permission, regardless of context or intent, regardless of 'crediting', regardless whether you monetized it or not, is blatant infringement.
