Edouard about to form?

A fairly organized tropical wave has emerged off the African coast, and the banding coming out of it makes it look like it could already be close to being a tropical depression.

Looks like it has lost much of its convection and is appears to be heading into cooler waters. The one to the southeast looks a little better.
