Don't Stand By Me: Surviving a lightning strike.

My wife's brother survived a lightning strike. It was not a direct strike but it was close enough to knock a bunch of friends to the ground and knock him unconscious. Of course they were not the smartest that day.

They were paintballing in a field when a storm rolled up on them. When it started to rain they rain across an open field and *BLAM* strike dropped them all.
