Disturbance in the SW Caribbean.

Just when we thought the fat lady was singing, she may have sung too soon.
There is a decent system taking shape in the SW Caribbean around the area of 12.5N and about 77W. There is good outflow over this system at the present time and should help this go to at least a TD in the next 24 to 36 hours. This tropical system should have zero chance to come up to the GOM or Atlantic. The way the steering flow is setup during the next few days is a movement to the west into central America. These type of disturbances in this region are not all that unusual even at the end of November.
