I heard reports of the meteor fireball over the Midwest on Monday, which should have happened in the northwestern sky during my drive to work between 11:40AM-noon. I checked my passenger side dashcam Monday afternoon, and found nothing. I did not see it with my eyes, so I assumed my front camera did not capture it. Later, wanting to be thorough, I decided to check the front cam's files, and lo and behold, there it was! It must have been blocked from me seeing it in real time by the car's side pillar. This was around 11:42AM looking due west from New Baden, IL.
