I'm up in the Wisconsin Dells, WI area this weekend at a waterpark resort for vacation. On the way up I passed by acres upon acres of corn crops that were 90% toast. They are dried up to the point that the plan is less than 25% green with the remaining portion brown and withered. Also the soybean crops are dried up too.
Looking at the latest GFS models, it shows less than .5" of precipitation in the next 15 days... and we all know how they tend to over-exaggerate the precipitation past day 7.
Not looking good...
