I've been accepted to both the University of Oklahoma and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Was just wondering which one had the more prestigious meteorological program/tools and community. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Where will you learn best? Wherever you apply yourself the most. Wherever you feel you may ask the most questions. Wherever you will find the most opportunity to find out those answers for yourself.

I would suggest you consider what you plan to do after earning a four year degree. Whether you see yourself in grad school or getting a job in four years might be worth considering at this point. Some schools could better equip you for either possibility. Of course, both might do this equally well in either case. I just suggest you might give it a thought or ask those questions as you study the options.

Have you visited either or both of them in person? Sometimes, you'll step on a campus, and it'll either just "feel right" or it'll feel off a bit. If you visit, you may find that you like Lincoln better than Norman, or Norman more than Lincoln. Which facilities do you like better? Do you feel more comfortable in a large program or in a little smaller program? These are questions that you can answer by visiting the campuses, though I'm not sure if you are able to do so (or if you have already).
