Omigosh that is unbelieveable! No one knows who took it, eh? That's too bad...

If a CG strikes that close, can't it knock you down? Wonder if the photographer felt any eff-eef-eff-ects!

I was a block away from a lightnight strike where a stand of 4 75 ft redwoods got hit by a lightning strike. They blew up. Literally.

Yikes! Thats a bit to close for me. He must have really felt the heat of that one. :shock:

Another thing that stands out in this photo is that the metal pole about 20 feet from the lightning strike wasn't affected. It didn't even send up a leader.
