where can i buy some chase dvds, (not the overdramatic ones though)

Just check their websites, links in their signatures. Expect to pay more than you're thinking now too ;) There are tons in here, shouldn't be hard to find.

yeah, duh (slaps self on head) i forgot about search, lol, thanks
:)

edit: no matches found?

I've bought DVD's from Bill Hark, Mike Hollingshead, Shane Adams, Scott Weberpal, and Scott McPartland. I can highly reccomend DVD's from any of these guys. What you get is not the overproduced 5 second clips with schizo music and shaky cameras like you see on TV, but rather you get footage of storms and tornadoes. Which is what we're all here for anyways, right?

Tim Samaras has a dual set "Driven By Passion" which is worth every cent!

No other DVD I've seen even comes remotely close to that production, easily the best, really one of the handful chaser DVD's I can sit down and watch start to finish without skipping ahead at some point. The rest of the DVD's are really a toss up depending on what type of footage you enjoy, some offer excellent video quality, others excellent content but low quality, some have crazy structure and the like, others have nothing but tornadoes, and some just suck. Really the only way to know is to buy them and watch them for yourself; I've personally found that merely judging by reviews posted here on ST (likely due to "hidden" intrests) don't always correctly portray the quality of the DVD; when available, for an unbiased review I suggest searching and reading reviews from non-chasers.

Since video quality and integrity has been brought into the thread, I'll offer a convenient way to "litmus test" my offerings for yourself:

You can view a promo clip of all five of my DVDs there. I'll even go as far to say that if video quality and top-notch production are what you're after, you'll want to stay away from my stuff. My focus is simple, straight-forward storm and tornado footage. I'm less concerned about video format and more concerned with video content.
