• After witnessing the continued decrease of involvement in the SpotterNetwork staff in serving SN members with troubleshooting issues recently, I have unilaterally decided to terminate the relationship between SpotterNetwork's support and Stormtrack. I have witnessed multiple users unable to receive support weeks after initiating help threads on the forum. I find this lack of response from SpotterNetwork officials disappointing and a failure to hold up their end of the agreement that was made years ago, before I took over management of this site. In my opinion, having Stormtrack users sit and wait for so long to receive help on SpotterNetwork issues on the Stormtrack forums reflects poorly not only on SpotterNetwork, but on Stormtrack and (by association) me as well. Since the issue has not been satisfactorily addressed, I no longer wish for the Stormtrack forum to be associated with SpotterNetwork.

I apologize to those who continue to have issues with the service and continue to see their issues left unaddressed. Please understand that the connection between ST and SN was put in place long before I had any say over it. But now that I am the "captain of this ship," it is within my right (nay, duty) to make adjustments as I see necessary. Ending this relationship is such an adjustment.

For those who continue to need help, I recommend navigating a web browswer to SpotterNetwork's About page, and seeking the individuals listed on that page for all further inquiries about SpotterNetwork.

From this moment forward, the SpotterNetwork sub-forum has been hidden/deleted and there will be no assurance that any SpotterNetwork issues brought up in any of Stormtrack's other sub-forums will be addressed. Do not rely on Stormtrack for help with SpotterNetwork issues.

    Sincerely, Jeff D.

Round two of the chase season is approaching, so thought I'd do an update on the two Canon L-series lenses I have for sale:

1. Canon 17-40L f4 - $500

2. Canon 24-104L IS f4 - $850

Or, if you think you would like to buy both, I will take $1200 for both of them and this includes the original receipts and paperwork, two UV/Haze filters for protection of the glass, lens bags, boxes and all original manuals, lens caps, etc. In addition, I will pay the shipping (US Shipping Only).

If interested, please PM.

17-40 lens has been sold.

Still have the 24-105L f4 IS for sale. $800 and I will pay US shipping costs.
Even from B&H, lens sells for about $1k new.

Great Deal

I have personally bought two computers and a lens from Billy, and can gurantee that his equipment is as good as it would be if bought directly from a store, but for a better price. Don't miss out.

Have decided to sell my Canon 100-400L, IS f 4.5 - 5.6
Lens is in MINT condition, purchased only last November at a retail store in Seattle, WA. Full USA warranty. Will throw in the CP filter as well.

Sells retail for about $1300 - $1500 new. I will take $1000 firm.
And yes, I will pay shipping costs.

Inquiries please email or PM.
Thanks,
Billy

UPDATE: I have sold both the 17-40 and the 24-105. As indicated above however, I am now selling the 100 - 400 IS lens.
