Can no longer participate in Discord Chat?

I was able to use the chat fine last week and the week before. This week it says I do not have permission to post in the chat? Any idea who's controlling permissions for Discord and how to get my ability to post back?

Hi Trey, I usually have the answers and do what I can to fix issues posted here, but this one is in @Steve Miller’s wheelhouse. I would go ahead and ping him via a PM and if you don’t hear in a few hours let me know and I’ll track him down for you.

The app shows you’re online in Discord in the lobby. That’s odd.

Yeah I can see everyone and send private messages no problem but just can't post in the main chat for some reason.
