The top link on the Member networks page on Spotter Network https://spotternetwork.org/networks should probably redirect somewhere in this forum? Looks like a domain squatter grabbed the domain that's currently there. I don't recommend following the current link.

I'm not sure what you're saying. SpotterNetwork is still an independent institution. It's just that the support was moved to Stormtrack.

The link to "Storm Hunter Forums" at the top of the Member Networks page of spotternetwork.org doesn't go anywhere connected to this site or storm chasing at all.
