Best Android app?

Would like different opinions on what you think is the best Android app. on two critirea:
1. In receiving storm alerts as they happen
2. Radars, and more specifically, on how often they are updated ( every 2 minutes, every 5 minutes)?

Agree that pykl3 is the best weather app for Android. It is also better than anything available for Apple. It takes a little time to learn how to use the app but you get a wealth of information about storms. Much more than a garden variety radar app.

Either Pykl3 or RadarScope. I personally use both, but it's hard to go wrong with either of them.
