I was discussing it today, and I thought someone here might have come across Ball Lightning on a chase or something. Maybe we'll even see some pictures.

I have seen ball lighting only once in my lifetime, and that was when I was in Georgia.

My father saw ball lightning once in pennsylvania.

There are theories circulating that "ghost lights", such as the ones in Marfa, Tx, and Brown Mountain, NC are actually an obscure form of ball lightning. The places that this phenomenon occurs usually have abnormally high amounts of electrical disturbance, so it could be.
