Archived surface anlysis map

Hi all
Anyone knows how can I find archived regional surface anlysis maps on the web? It's a lot of time I'm looking for those but the only things I found is national stuff.
I'm talking about something like that:

You can generate your own with something like Digital Atmosphere or GEMPAK but I'm not sure you can find them in a regional format that is archived.

http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/dwm/dwm.shtml has the national view in PDF format for the last 6 months, or get them all in GIF's at http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/dailywxmap/index.html

You'll have to experiment with it to get the right scale/density/font size, but this site is pretty effective for maps going back to 1998.

That particular image is from the UCAR site and is only archived for two weeks. If you go to the SPC Events page you can find some regional views for certain days.

If you go to HPC's surface analysis archive page, you can scroll to Archive of North American Analyses at the bottom and select North America (Zoom In). It's not regional, but the density of observations is close to what most regional maps are. Maybe you could cut the region of interest out using mspaint or something. It goes back to 2006.

This isn't nearly as detailed as the surface analysis Andrea posted, but this site is still pretty cool. Goes all the way back to 1979. You can look at upper level and surface map info. No radar or satellite data, but looking back at some notable storm systems with this site is pretty cool!
