Listen. In order to maintain air-speed velocity, a swallow needs to beat its wings forty-three times every second, right?
So its straight out with this theory I am afraid.

I watched this video, I downloaded it and tried watching it thru different enhancements. Whatever is was-it was moving very fast, it did go through the cloud structure in several spots, it was leaving a trail.
Question is, was there any loud thunderclap a bit further in your taping-in other words is your original version longer? If it was an object at that speed there should have been a double sonic boom sometime after it passed--only other thing would be the ball lightning, but I doubt it
any of you see the video of the thing in China? It looks like a rocket launch at twilight,

It's hard to make any judgements with this video. Do you have any higher resolutions you could post? It might be easier for the rest of us to make out what's going on. Things in the sky can have their perspective destroyed fairly easily if they don't have any good reference points. You say it vanishes into the cloud momentarily, but I can't tell if it does from this video and if you have an HD version you could post that would be awesome 
As for my current theory: What was the wind like with this storm? If the UFO is actually much closer to you, it could be some kind of fluff or something blown along in the wind. If it was an irregularly shaped piece of fluff, it could explain why it seems to disappear sometimes.

Yahoo jumped on a youtube video that went viral but has been proven fake, they posted a retraction somewhere this morning. 4 of the 5 pictures they posted had nothing to do with the event in China and had been posted in years prior. As for the video, it is very obviously a missile launch. You can clearly see it separate as it enters its next stage. So much misinformation to be had with the media jumping on these rogue Youtube clips so fast.

I've been waiting for my account to be verified. This is my video which I uploaded to You Tube so my parents could watch it as I'd never seen clouds like it. At the time when I shot it, the wind was only light. This changed when it came overhead and increased immensely. There was also a tremendous amount of rain. The storm was coming from a westerly direction.
As for the trail across the screen, I've no idea what it was. I didn't see it when I was watching the storm from my front door and it took a couple of comments on You Tube for me to look out for the trail - I had no idea what it was. From what I can recall, there was no thunderclap, except for the one from the lightning just before (top right of screen).

There was another thread on ST (I searched but failed to locate it) That had a very similar looking object. It showed what appeared to be a rather large object moving in a straight line at a very high rate of speed in close proximity to the cloud base. There were many references to it being a bird and this and that. As far as I can remember though it looked very similar. There was mention of it being a UFO.... no doubt about that obviously. The bird, bug, trash blowing in the wind theories don't seem reasonable to me... but I suppose anything is possible. Looks more like a fairly large object close to the cloud base moving in a straight line at a very high rate of speed
