Anyone identify this hail photo?

This photo appeared on a non-weather forum I visit, along with a humerous discussion (someone misunderstood a local weathercaster's report as 'nipple-sized hail').

One car appears to have a Florida tag, if that's any clue.

Anyone know when and where this was?

Hi,

That pic was from March 6th, 1992. It was taken in Altamonte Springs Florida by Frank Rivera, a photog for the Orlando Sentinel ( At that time). A major hail storm hit that area with up to 1 foot of hail falling.
All this info was taken from the March issue of Storm Data (1992). Which did a feature on this storm. The pic above was used as the cover shot.
