Adjusting Wind Speeds

I was wondering if anyone has ever come across a formula to adjust wind speeds to 10 meters?

I recorded a 37mph gust over the weekend on my anemometer that is only about 15 feet off the ground. Are there any aproximations to adjust that to 10 meters?

You're absolutely right about the gust versus the mean. I'm actually trying to get my 15 foot gust converted to a 10 meter gust. If that's possible.
