A WX Station Software Need

Is there any software out there that can take the data from your weather station and your GPS data and formulate your speed/direction together and give an accurate output of your wind conditions while moving? I've been looking for something like this for a while, but have yet to really find it or find anyone who has something of this nature. TIA.

Airmar has an ultrasonic solution. Unfortunately, I have never used their products myself.
