I wouldn't expect TOO much out of the convection near Greensburg yet. This area may eventually go, but I don't think it will be as rapid as people are expecting. LFC's are still sky high, and a lot of cinh remains. I think this area will be struggling with a lot of ups and downs for a little while at least.


Still share the same beliefs I did at 4 PM. Even though one area went briefly severe warned, I'm still not sold on any before dark supercell activity.

LFC's are still extremely high, and a large amount of cinh remains as of the 6 PM mesoanalysis data. Seen this time and time again. Stuff goes up, and even briefly can fool you into thinking the cap is gone, but this stuff is often not visually appealing at all and quickly vanishes.

Be really surprised if anything significant goes before dark.
 
Sitting at the golden arches in hutchinson ks watching the little supercell that could die off. gonna grab dinner and hopefully catch some after dark action.
