The photographer is identified by the station only as 'Rick.'

edit: NWS Pueblo statement at 0225z revises initial reports and sets the tornado's position and duration.

REVISED TORNADO LOCATION. MOVED WESTWARD OVER OPEN FIELD
AND LIFTED 2 MILES NE ORDWAY AT 349 PM.

Looks like a typical Colorado landspout to me. That storm formed right on a weak boundary that was moving south along the CO plains.
