A couple of shots from Tuesdays chase in Eastern CO and Western KS chasing with Dann Cianca. Amazing structure on this storm from start to finish. We started out near Wray and intercepted the first storm as it grew to SVR limits near Idalia, CO. We stayed ahead of the storm and would stop for quick obs and a few shots until we got to St. Francis. Got some great lightning shots there. This storm was spitting brilliant CG's out all over the place. Just north of Goodland it went TOR warned. Dann has a shot of this tornado while we were shooting some more open shutter photos. We stopped again near Brewster and North of Winona. We saw and photographed another tornado just north of Winona, KS. The storm really looked its best visually as it approached Monument, KS. After we got our pictures there, we called it a night. What seemed like an ok setup produced a phenominal storm and made for a fun chase!
