This was the first fatal MT tornado since July 9. 1983, one killed. On July 19, 1952 one person was killed. These are the only two previous killer MT tornadoes on record since 1950.

The Billings, MT tornado did not have any fatalities to my knowledge, just did a lot of damage to the arena there. I know that everyone (TV Media) was airing some chicks video of the tornado that night and the next day

Adam, there was speculation about a storm that caused a fatality. It ended up being an extremely intense microburst. (est to be 110-120mph).

Adam, I believe that the fatality was from a tornado in Wyoming, though I am not really sure.
