That SVR cell heading into Dodge City is pretty interesting on radar, definitely looks like it has a legitimate couplet. Hard to believe there is no TOR warning with it.

Unfortunately that cell is too near the radar site and that greatly skews the perceived velocity data. If you pull back to Vance AFB, you can see that it is a strong broad circulation but gate-to-gate shear is limited at this time.

The Vance radar is sampling the mid-level meso on the storm near Dodge. Lowest tilt is sampling ~12,500 ft up. No doubt this storm is probably producing some pretty big hail but the tornado threat is likely pretty low attm.
 
I was informed a tor war would most likely not be issued simply because of the elevated nature of the storm.
 
Cell that just tracked into Rice Co. KS showed some weak rotation as it crossed Stafford Co. Strange how it didn't really intensify but as soon as it touched the ICT CWA it got a warning after an hour without one. Interesting.
