Ponca City ASOS just registered 94 MPH wind gust.

I don't know the situation, but that doesn't seem like a cell to produce that strong of outflow winds....

Well that's quite a couplet near Kaw city (looked better few minutes ago actually), and tornado has been sighted according to the latest tornado warning.

I was on the south side of the cell that's now hitting Ponca City as it passed just north of Tonkawa. For some time it had spectacular stacked-plate structure illuminated by the constant lightning, and I saw a well-defined wall cloud at two or three points as the storm passed. Some suspicious lowerings, but probably no ground circulation at that point...too far away to see it anyway. Outflow was pretty cold there when I abandoned it just before 04Z, surprised to see it still going so strong.
