A tornado warning has been inssued on a storm in Mexico! That is a first I have seen. Storm will cross the boarder into TX soon and could be heading for Eagle Pass! Man third tornadic storm this month for them isint it?

AT 1037 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS CONTINUED TO
DETECT A TORNADO. THIS TORNADO WAS LOCATED 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF
EAGLE PASS...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
EAGLE PASS BY 1055 PM CDT...

IN ADDITION TO THE TORNADO THIS STORM CONTAINS VERY LARGE HAIL AND
DAMAGING WINDS.

We were chasing that storm near Fort Stockton tonight and if there was a tornado in there it was rain-wrapped. We were on the storms riding down I-10 and saw some good rotation and a few short-lived funnels, but nothing on the ground as far as we could see. It was a good storm with tons of rain and some large hail.

We were on the Quemado storm Evan was talking about. Everytime these storms from Mexico made it to the US they started turning on a more NE path and lost it.
The Quemado storm turned on a more southerly path for us and increased in dBZ, ht, coud base dropped, got a BWER, etc.
Looking over the pics now but we're thinking we had at least a funnel cloud.
Great night.
