Listening to a live feed of RTV6 in Indianapolis and they are talking to a storm chaser now who is NE of Indianapolis along the Hamilton County / Tipton County Line. A tornado is on the ground and has been on the ground for at least 5 - 10 minutes. There have already been tornado reports today to the west in Hamilton and Boone Counties.

According to the chaser on RTV6 and radar imagery, it appears that the rotation has weakened and the tornado has lifted and/or now rain wrapped. However, there is still some weak rotation in the upper levels of the storm. I think the storm will continue to weaken though as the individual cell that was producing the tornado has been swallowed up in the main line of storms behind it.

80 MPH winds were reported to the SW of Elwood, as the tornadic cell moved towards the city. There are some reports of some minor damage to structures throughout the path of this storm.
