Cell between Wa****a and Kiowa counties has nice couplet and excellent shear right now (around 80 kts last scan). It is about to interact with a westward moving sfc boundary that currently resides N/S midway through Kiowa county and moving west at about 25mph. That should amp things up nicely.

Southern wall of the FFD is impressive. Very sharp running W to E. Also is undergoing another split? How many would that be 3 in the last hour? AH I know what it is its right turning. You can see it on the loop with the latest split thats occuring.

http://www.severestudios.com/livechase Is back up and running. Man they are in a good spot. Very mature looking updraft with RFD poking through on the backside. Starting to see a hook on the backside of this cell. U can see it on the Rodger Hills live web feed.

Edit* RFD really poking threw now.

This whole streaming thing is awesome...With the storm spotter overlay, it's like being there...WOW...I'm on Roger's site right now...Nice show. High based stuff with sxs of splitting now (which fits with the radar). There's s slot intruding in the northern part of the active updraft. Looks much less organized at the base than aloft. This is definitely fun. I think SevereStudios deserves a helluva a lot of kudos. This is amazing.

New SVR warning for Kiowa CO adjusting for the right turn that this cell has made. Looks like NWS is seeing it as well. What a beautiful mothership at sunset.

I added this to the forecast thread but thought I'd mention it here that mesoanalysis is starting to show increasing cinh in sw OK and lcl's a bit high.

As for the live stream, I still haven't gotten it to work. Cool idea though. I've thought of it for awhile but haven't messed with it. Are they going to set up something for other chasers to join and stream their vid also?

I've worked out the issue that was taking our webserver down. This did not affect our streaming server in any way. Streaming server has been rock solid. :)

Can now see the flying eagle look on radar with the cell in Kiowa county. Not really impressed though with how things look visually per Davids live feed. Of course that can all in change in the next couple of minutes. This cell is definetly cycling. The Greensburg cell did the same thing before it started producing. Split a couple of times, cycled, then starting droping down tornado after tornado.

Also that westward moving boundary is about to interact with the updraft of the storm. Looks like its really coming together now but I said that an hour ago. Just look at that clear slot on the back side of this updraft on Davids live feed.

its got good vertical motion but hard to tell if theres any rotation. David what u seeing?

If you're looking at David's live stream, won't you be seeing what he's seeing? j/k...I know you're asking about motion etc. which is hard to pick up on the stream.

temp/dewpoint depression may be a little high for good tornado potential.
