FULL CHASE WRITE-UP ON MY WEBSITE
Having missed the fun the prior day, I was more than delighted to have a very good chase on Tuesday. I headed out the night before, thinking i was going to target a similar area to Monday near the Panhandles, but awakened in Goodland to see the target had come to me instead, so after killing a few hours in Colby, I headed into Burlington where I got on one of the first severe storms of the day and capped everything off with my best session of nighttime lightning photography of the year, one major thing I had been lacking going into this day. All-in-all, one of my best September chases and another top non-tornado chase of what's been a pretty amazing 2025 season.
