One of those carefree times when VBV, limited CAPE and other technicalities don't have to be flies in anybody's ointment. What a beautiful storm, Quincy—thanks for sharing the report and excellent shots. Your middle image looks to have a sharp little kink in there. Velocity archive appears to show mid-level rotation briefly as it crossed Hwy 283. Nothing that really had a chance to get serious, but always fun to watch for a bit of transient, elevated swirling anyway. Glad you got out there for it. Helps get my appetite whetted for sure.
