I chased North Dakota on Friday and it was an extremely fun chase. Once I realized the T/Td spreads were going to be overwhelmingly bad for the tornado potential, I drastically lowered my expectations. I ended up heading for the southern of the two supercells that developed. It was, as expected, very high based... but still amazing. Tons of great non-stop CG action, multiple intense gustnadoes along the RFD surges, and awesome hail action. Played around just north of the hook for most of the chase. Did quite a number on my car. I've posted a YouTube video below of a compilation of videos and images. It is a bit long, but that cell lasted a long time.
