I live in Minneapolis and we are getting a pretty solid snowstorm up here at the moment with about 8 inches expected. Following that, windchill values are forecast to get to around 35-40 below Saturday night through Sunday morning. We are used to this up here. Just don't drive like an idiot, or don't drive at all. Also, don't go outside. Nothing is really enjoyable or worth it at -40 real feel, even when bundled up well.
