First Day1 Progs just came out for Sept 8.

Moderate Risk with 10% polygon in 1/2-day range of my town.
Right now we have stiff SSE breeze and its MUGGY.

At this time I think my best option is to leave Hagerstown, MD and take I-81 N to somewhere around Allentown, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre PA.

Best area I think will be along I-95 Corridor, but "I-95" and "Chase" do not even belong in the same paragraph.

Saturday is definitely a go, I will post on my progress, and if anyone wants to meet up, please PM.

Some Questions I have are --

If expected squall line bows out, where is most likely place for center of bow ?
I am thinking central PA pushing SE to Philadelphia.

If Discrete pre-frontal cells form,
will the warm front interact with the mountains,
and push them up too soon ?
(this happens almost every time i go up that way)

More to follow, after I get some sleep...

I hate Mod risks across this area, it just bothers me having a 10% tornado risk across an area where so many people call home. They will be on my mind today!

I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get to do any chasing out west this past summer before college due to other obligations. Seems the storms are coming to me now...
