Although they're elevated and just on the north side of front, some very impressive supercells have blown up over central Texas. Very suprised to see the radar like that this morning since it's right in my backyard and I kinda pay attention to potential supercell activity when it's that close.

2.75 hail and strong RFD winds have already been reported with these guys.

the storm at Fort Worth Dallas is moving into much better dewpoints as it goes east... this could explode beyond its currently already nice shape ( judging from radar )

voilà, SPC now has a Tornado Watch for the area east of the DFW storm...

but the storm seems to get smaller and weaker...

I've been watching that storm since the beginning. Just like yesterday storm moving into a better environment and fell right on its face. So I don't get any infraction my location is downtown dallas. I observed some moderate rain and gusty winds...

Had a TOR warned line go just north of the Memphis metro, and just now a TOR warning on the TEC cell heading right over downtown Memphis. I had been watching that tail end for a while thinking it looked good on radar but it didn't show any real rotation whatsoever until a few minutes ago.

Initiation well underway just east of Canton-Athens line. 0-6km shear vectors close to paralleling the front. Wouldn't be surprised to see the storm mature and turn right into a good environment characterized by:
0-6km shear near 60 kts
backing surface flow
Td's >68F
SBCape >3000 J/kg
0-1 shear > 40 kts
LCL's < 1250m
0-1 SRH > 200
0-1 EHI > 4
