Rotation is right over Cabot, AR now. Looking at a google maps satellite view, Cabot is pretty big and there are quite a few subdivisions/residential areas.

Also, NE of Cabot what appear to be a few smaller subdivisions and perhaps a mobile home park or two.

On our loop of GRLevelIII, it is very impressive to watch the couplet related to this supercell move in on the city of Little Rock, then it gets lost as it passes directly over the radar site, and after that it re-emerges to the northeast of the radar's cone of silence, just south of Cabot.

This supercell has been extremely persistent and has had ongoing rotation associated with it's mesocyclone since it was down by Hot Springs. I am sure that it has either produced one long-tracked tornado or a family of tornadoes. I didn't see any obvious cycling or shedding of old circulations per se - so who knows perhaps it maintained one single circulation throughout.

All Little Rock news stations are reporting multiple areas of damage across the city. Reports are sketchy and just coming in.

A word to some folks - this storm moved directly over the radar site and, as such, the radar was unable to sample the reflectivity accurately until it moved to the northeast and got far enough away. When a storm is so close to the radar site, the beam cannot look at an acute enough angle up in the sky to get radar readings from the precip. - hence the storm ceases to look intense. This is just a radar figmentation and I can assure you that this storm maintained supercellular structure and intensity throughout it's journey across the metro Little Rock area.

WOw tor warning SE Garlnad Co, Saline Co SW of Little Rock. Lonsdale which has had damage from storm weve been watching is now under the gun again. Storm will be in town by 10:57pm.

Storm that just hit Cabot is a monster. Thing just keeps growing stronger. Headed right for Beebe.

Quite a circulation now over cabot indeed..shows up very well on all BV and SRV scans..should be interesting to hear and see the reports in the daylight..

Heads up on the storm SW of Little Rock. This storm is moving at 50mph and will track right over areas damaged by the first storm.

CH 7 out of Little Rock just got a report of a funnel cloud with the storm near Hot Springs, Ak.

Edit* Confirmed tornado just south of Hot Springs.

There's a little cell that's exploding near Throckmorton, TX. GRL3 indicates some rotation with this cell. It is certainly worth watching.

KARK is reporting mobile homes on fire in Hurricane Creek, and additional fires in Benton & Bryant (Arkansas). Also a Target store in Bryant damaged.

Possible tornado developing W of Conway, AK. No tor warning yet but theres 80kts of shear and we have a donut hole!

Edit* Tor war on this storm moving E at 45 mph.

Edit* Funnel cloud reported near Saline Co fair grounds. Unconfirmed tornado now instead of funnel cloud.
