The warmest temperature in all of Alberta at 0800 MST is -27C(-16.6F) in the far southwest corner, many stations reporting below -40
Edmonton hit -46C (-51F) with a windchill of -59C(-74F) at 5am local time, breaking records from the 70s by 10C.
Two more nights of deep freeze on the way.
