I went out on the 8th looking for some storms that were forecasted. I was only expecting hail and some rain, but I had some friends out at the VLA so I went to say hi. As I was returning, trying to catch up to a storm, the road between Magdalena and Socorro became flooded in several locations. It stranded a few people between some flash flooding. It took about an hour and a half for the road to reopen because of the mud that had been swept on to the road. Here are some of the pics of the road and creek.
